WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury (Town) have entered into a Collective Bargaining
Agreement with the Town of Queensbury Unit of the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc.
(CSEA) regarding employment of the employees in the Town's CSEA Bargaining Unit for the period
from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2023, and
WHEREAS, the Town and the CSEA negotiated terms regarding the provision of upgraded t-
shirts annually and one snow jacket every two years to certain Bargaining Unit employees as set forth
in a Memorandum of Agreement signed by CSEA on 6/22/22 in substantially the form presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves, affirms and ratifies the terms
of the Memorandum of Agreement between the Town of Queensbury and Town of Queensbury Unit
of the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. regarding the provision of upgraded t-shirts annually
and one snow jacket every two years to certain Bargaining Unit employees signed by CSEA on
6/22/22 in substantially the form presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute the Memorandum of Agreement and/or any other documentation and the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
