A subdivision application has been made to the Queensbury Planning Board for the following: Applicant proposes
subdivision of three (3) parcels totaling 92.12 acres into eight (8) residential lots ranging in size from 3 acres to 44.1 acres.
Subdivision of land requires Planning Board review and approval;
A public hearing was scheduled and held on 4/16, 5/31, 7/26, 9/20, 11/15/11, 1/17/12, 3/20/12, 4/17/12 tabled to 6/19/12;
This application is supported with all documentation, public comment and application material in the file of record;

determined that this proposal satisfies the requirements as stated in the Zoning Code; and
b)The requirements of the State Environmental Quality Review Act have been considered and the Planning Board has
adopted a SEQRA Negative / Positive Declaration;
c)Waiver requests granted / denied: stormwater mgmt., grading, landscaping & lighting plans
