Planning Board Members,
The following is a status report on the Cellco application that has been under review by the
Planning Board. Please contact me prior to the June 19, 2012 meeting if any members have
questions, comments or concerns.
Cellco The applicant has accomplished the Geo-technical analysis and submitted the
findings to CT Male for evaluation, please see attached corresponding documentation

an encroachment into the northeastern corner of the lease parcel if/when an
additional TOQ water tank is constructed on the premises
This appears reasonable
pending the Water Superintendent agreement with said offer. The Planning Board
may wish to make this a condition of approval upon final deliberations. Further to
this, the applicant has provided a response and information on the potential for fire
hazards associated with the proposed use on the parcel as a result of public comment.
