PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Applicant proposes wood carving sculpture and display fronting on State
Route 9 south of the Adirondack Audio building.

for display, sale and creation of stump carved sculptures. Access as well
as on-site parking appears to be adequate. Waivers for stormwater
requested.
Site Plan Review:
1.Care should be taken to promote pedestrian safety as the site is open to thru vehicular traffic both north
and south of the parcel. Cordoning off of display area as well as sculpting area should be considered as
well safety signage.
2.Spot light denoted on plan; what provisions for electric service is planned? Please clarify.
3.Existing landscaping in need of attention. What, if any, provision for upgrade are planned?
Additional comments:
1.Any proposed structures to include portable tents to be placed within the 75 foot front setback as well as
the 75 foot Travel Corridor Overlay will require a setback variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals.
