New Roof and Drive-Through Soffit
Dear Mr. O’Brien:
We have reviewed the work performed by MLB C onstruction at the Queensbury Branch of Glens
Falls National Bank, based on drawings dated May 10, 2021. The scope of work included a new
single-ply roof, a cage for the roof access ladder, and new metal soffit panels and replacement
light fixtures at the drive-through canopy. This work was bid in May of 2021 and completed in June
of 2022.
In our opinion, MLB Construction has satisfactorily performed the work of this contract in
accordance with the bid drawings.
