Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes demolition of a single family dwelling and
detatched garage to be replaced with a single family dwelling with attached garage and
alteration of a shared access drive. Relief is required from the Town side yard setback
and for stormwater/infiltration devices less than 100 feet from shoreline and wetlands.
Please note there are jurisdictional wetlands on the parcel; however, it does not appear
that the proposed project will impact these wetlands. If you have reason to believe that
any wetlands would be affected by the proposal, you are encouraged to contact the
Agency to arrange a site visit prior to undertaking the project.
