Removed Roofin Materials from the structure of 110 Main St. Glens Falls,NY on June
I e thru June 21" removal of the roofing materials were performed. The waste generated
from the roof removal was hauled by Cross Brothers Transportation,Inc. 949 River Rd.
Selkirk,NY 12158 Phone#(518)767-3127 The waste was non-friable and was deposed
of at the Albany County Landfill,Rapp Rd. Albany NY 12203.
All the asbestos roofing was removed and no other asbestos materials was said to be
located in the building. The Pre-demolition Asbestos Survey was furnished by Spectrum,
