REFERRAL: Yes ENGINEERING REVIEW: 7/12/2012 PARCEL HISTORY: BP 05-515 Septic alteration PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Applicant proposes to demo an existing 2,255 sq. ft. single family dwelling and replace with a 2,376 sq. ft. Funeral Home. The project calls for Stormwater and Erosion & Sediment controls as well as landscaping. Review: 1.Directional signage should be considered for the canopy drive thru. 2.Height of canopy drive thru to be posted. 3.With 58 parking spaces planned, three (3) Handicap Parking spaces with loading areas required; only two (2) denoted on plan. 4.Landscaping appears to be minimal in relation to §179-8-050. The Planning Board may wish to direct the applicant to this code reference for guidance if the Board feels additional landscaping is required. 5.Lighting cut-sheets will need to be provided although only three (3) pole mounted lights are proposed. Further to this, any other proposed lighting associated with the structure such as wall-pacs should be discussed.
