PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Subdivision: Applicant proposes subdivision of a 15.21 acre parcel into 3 lots of
3.52, 3.95, & 7.74 acres respectively. Subdivision of land requires Planning Board review and approval.
STAFF COMMENTS: Highway Superintendent has commented on the proposed West Avenue extension, see
attached memo for the Rawlins subdivision. The applicant has requested the following waivers from the
required plans: Landscaping, stormwater, grading, layout and lighting. The Planning Board has discussed these
waivers at the recommendation stage of the application and appears that granting of these waivers is
forthcoming.
Additional comments:
1.Endangered Species and Historic Preservation inquires have been submitted to associated agencies, see
application materials. To date, sign-off has not been received. Please note that the associated SEQR
review cannot commence without these documents.
2.The Zoning Board of Appeals has approved the associated Road Frontage Variance on July 18, 2012;
see attached resolution.
