The dry storage area needs to be one hour rated with a three quarter hour fire door at the entrance to this area,as required by Table 302.1.1,under Incidental Use's for Storage Areas. 2. A new detector needs to be added to the dry storage area. )6 The new rooftop unit is required to have fan shutdown, so upon activation of the fire alarm system,this unit will shut down as the two current units do. /4"o We need design loads shown for the;wind and snow load. The Wind load is 90 miles per hour. The snow load is 70 lbs. ground snow load. We need a note on the plans stating that all plumbing will be cast iron or copper. �We need emergency lights shown on the plan,as they are currently not shown on the plan. The handicap service counter, as well as the condiment area must be at a maximum height of 34 inches,as required by the ANSI 1998 standard. xThe energy code sheet needs to be updated to show the proper location as Warren County, New York,and the slab needs to be shown as a heated slab and the R-Value increased to an R-10.
