Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes to construct a new single family dwelling
with access road through an adjacent parcel. Relief is required from the Town for
access to a public right of way from the subject parcel.
Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review is required
for this variance since the project does not involve provisions of the Adirondack Park
Agency Act.
