Following our resubmission of application documents for the referenced project on April 15,
2004, C.T. Male has review same and provided a comment letter dated May 21,2004. Our
response to each numbered comment of that letter is included herein.
Stormwater — General
As indicated a NOI has been prepared and the SWPPP will be prepared for the construction
phase of the project.
Review Comments
2. The Post Development Drainage Divide Map (from the Stormwater Management Narrative)
has been revised to be consistent with the Grading and Utility plan.
3. The referenced 12" culvert has been extended to beyond the lower 98' contour.
4. The 'B-B' Section line has been adjusted as noted. The slope beyond the northernmost
section of parking has been graded to be less steep as it blends to meet the existing grade to
the north. A note has been added to recommend use of erosion control blankets as needed on
the steeper slopes.
5. Revisions to the noted plans have been made so they are consistent. The open-end section
has been eliminated in favor of a catch basin within the paved area with necessary regrading
along the easterly edge of drive completed.
6. The Post Development Drainage Divide Map has been revised to be consistent with the
Grading and Utility Plan.

7. We are pleased to know that C.T. Male, the Town's consulting engineer, is in agreement with
the proposed access plan, both onto Rt. 9 and onto Round Pond Road.
Note that a copy of this response has been sent directly to C.T. Male for their review. We are
hopeful that these issues are now resolved.
