The documents were prepared by the Environmental Design Partnership, LLP. Based on our review of these documents, we offer thEl following comments which correspond to comment numbers in our March 19, 2004 letter: 1. Some form of pretreatment should be provided for the northeast detention basin (for example a deep sumo catch basin with an outlet tee). 2. The invert elevation] for the flared end section near Round Pond Road is missing. No additional informaticln was provided on the existing culvert in this area. 3. Addressed. 4. Addressed. 5. The calculations sho>Irld include pre and post drainage maps and a subcatchment for each pipe segment. 6. There were several discrepancies noted between the pipe and basin parameters shown in the calculations ver what was shown in the plans. 7.
