Since the submission of plans for Overlook multi -family housing at Hiland Park, the
location of the proposed water line has been discussed with Thomas K. Flaherty. Mr.
Flaherty suggested that the proposed water line be located 17' from roadway
centerline for ease of maintenance. Specifically, this will allow 5' from edge of
pavement to water line.
I concur with this relocation and the plans will be revised to reflect this.
