On September 9, 2022 performed bolting and visual weld inspection at Glen Highland ILU/ Wellness
39 Longview Drive Queensbury, NY
Findings: Performed visual weld inspection of according to provided drawings and notes and details.
All field welding noted as acceptable for size, length ,weld profile, location and lack of
defects pes AWS D1.1 see attached drawings, pictures
Mezzanine area floor deck : 5/8" puddle welds noted as acceptable for size , location and spacing.
#10 screws noted between spans as required. See note 4 on drawing N101.
Lower mezzanine : Under side of deck W8X15 beam ends welded to embedded plates, note shims used
to adjust elevation of embedded plates , all welds noted as acceptable. 3/4" A325 bolts noted as snug tight
as required.
Exterior pool area walls : Two 18X40 beam ends welded to embedded plates with 1/4"x 6" long fillet welds.
All welding noted as acceptable.
This report is the result of an inspection conducted in accordance with procedures and/or specifications.
