Dear Ms. Moore:
Our office designed the on -site wastewater system for Thomas & Marybeth Babcock installed at their
residence located at 15 Chestnut Road in October of 2019.
The system consists of a Clarus Fusion 450 Enhanced Treatment Unit with UV effluent disinfection,
a 500-gallon polyethylene pump station, and a 13' x 24' sub -parking area absorption bed that
includes three laterals of three Infiltrator H-20 Chambers. Septic variances were approved by the
Local Board of Health on 4/15/19 and the system was installed in conformance with the approved
plans. This new system is a vast improvement over the previous system, and the inspection and
servicing completed this season showed it was working properly.
