Applicant proposes to demolish an existing home to construct a new home of 3,315 sq ft footprint with a
detached garage of 1,100 sq ft. The floor area is to be 7,000 total. The home is to be 27 ft 8 inches in
height and the garage is to be 27 ft 11 1/2 inches on a 1.22 acre parcel. The project includes new septic
system, stormwater controls, permeable driveway areas, landscaping etc. The project work will be within
100 ft of the wetland. Project subject to site plan for new floor area, freshwater wetlands for work within
100 ft. Project subject to variance for stormwater control device setback; 46 ft propose to the wetlands
and 81 ft to the shoreline where 100 ft is required and height of garage where proposed is 27 ft 11 1/2 inch
where 16 ft in the WR zone is the maximum allowed.

Items to be updated or provided:
1) page 6 and 7 - Site details - will need boulder wall detail and stone retaining wall detail. Garage floor
plan - remove all elements of kitchen - no counter, no fridge, no sink.
