EXECUTORS' DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the as of the 1 Oth day of September, 2021, is by and between
CAROL DESORMEAU,COLLINS also known as CAROL D. COLLINS, residing at
35 Knox Road, Lake George, New York 12845, and RENEE DESORMEAU WEST also known
as RENEE D. WEST, residing at 15 Park Alley N, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866, as Co -
Executors of the Last Will and Testament of HENRY W. DESORMEAU, late of 9 Southern
Drive, Latham, New York 12110, who died on January 1, 2000, whose Last Will and Testament
was admitted to Probate on January 18, 2000, by the Surrogate Court in and for the County of
Albany, State of New York, and CAROL DESORMEAU COLLINS, residing at 35 Knox Road,
Lake George, New York 12845, in her individual capacity,
as parties of the first part, and
RENEE DESORMEAUT WEST also known as RENEE D. WEST, residing at 15 Park
Alley N, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866,
as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that, the parties of the first part, to whom Letters Testamentary were
issued by the Surrogate's Court, Albany County, New York, on January 18, 2000, and by virtue
of the power and authority given in and by the aforementioned Last Will and Testament, and/or
by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and CAROL DESORMEAU COLLINS in
her individual capacity, and in consideration of ONE ($1.00) US DOLLAR, lawful money of the
United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the parties of the first part, does hereby
grant and release unto the party of the second part, and her heirs, distributes, successors and
assigns, forever, all of their right, title and interest in:
ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, on the easterly side of Lake George in the

BEGINNING at"a point two hundred (200) feet easterly from the high water line of Lake
George, which point is the intersection of the north line fence of Cottage No. 1 as shown on a map
of same as filed by the Cygnet Realty Corporation in Warren County Clerk's Office, with the west
line of the right of way of the road running northerly from this point through and to the property
of E. MacD. Stanton; and running thence westerly along the north line fence of Cottage No. 1, as
shown on said map, to the point where said line intersects the shore line of Lake George; thence
along the shore of Lake George northerly until it intersects a point where the high water mark on
Lake George is one hundred and twenty (120) feet from the nearest point on the aforementioned
north line boundary of Lot No 1; thence easterly in a straight line across the swamp until this line
reaches the point where the high water mark at the edge of said swamp intersections a point twelve
and one-half (12 1/2) feet westerly from the center of aforementioned road, thence southwesterly
twelve and one-half (12 %2) feet from the center of said road; which is along the westerly line of
the 25 foot right of way of said road, to the point of beginning at the intersection with the line of
Lot No. L
BEING the same premises conveyed to Henry W. Desormeau and Lila B. Desormeau, by
deed dated June 26, 1959, and recorded in the Office of the Warren County Clerk on the 15th day
of July, 1959, in Liber 388 of Deeds at page 414. Lila B. Desormeau died on the 18th day of July,
1983, a resident of Albany County, survived by Henry W. Desormeau, her surviving spouse. The
above -named grantors, Carol D. Collins and Renee D. West, being the specific beneficiaries of the
premises described herein under the Last Will and Testament of Henry W. Desormeau. Henry W.
Desormeau died a resident of Albany County on January 1, 2000. The last Will and Testament of
the said Henry W. Desormeau was admitted to probate in the Surrogates Court in and for the
County of Albany by an Order dated and filed January 18, 2000 (File No. 81339). The Last Will
and Testament of Henry W. Desormeau is recorded in the Office of the Surrogate's Court in and
for the County of Albany in Book of Wills, volume 231 at page 232.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Parties of the first part in and
to any streets and roads abutting the above -described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with all appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had
at the time of decedent's death in and to said premises, and also the estate therein, which the Parties
of the first part has or had power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of the
aforementioned Last Will and Testament or otherwise,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Party of the second part,
her heirs, distributes, successors and assigns, forever.
AND the Parties of the first part covenant that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except
as aforesaid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties of the first part have duly executed this deed the
day and year set forth in the acknowledgment to confirm, memorialize and ratify the effective date
of the conveyance of title as of September 10, 2021.
