Applicant requests sketch plan stage for subdivision of a 107 acre parcel into two lots. The parcels would be
Lot 1 12.71 acres with the house and outbuildings to remain; then Lot 2 would be 94.57 acres for a future
home. The parcel is split zone with LC42A and RR3A where the existing home and the proposed home site is
within the RR3A zone. The parcel is located in the APA and contains wetlands. Subdivision sketch plan -
review by Planning Board.
