Stumvoll] Dear Craig Brown, On July 25, 2022, the Adirondack Park Agency received an application for Project 2022- 0174. Please find enclosed a copy of the Notice of Incomplete Permit Application (NIPA) dated August 8, 2022 for the project. The project consists of a two-lot subdivision involving wetlands to create a 12.71±-acre parcel with existing development and a 94.57±-acre to be improved by a new single family dwelling in an area designated as Low Intensity and Resource Management on the Adirondack Park Land Use and Development Plan Map, and requires an Agency permit as a Class A regional project pursuant to §§ 809(2) and 810(1)(c)(1)(b) and 810(1)(e)(1)(b) of the Adirondack Park Agency Act. The APA Act requires that the Agency make a finding of compliance with the requirements and conditions of local zoning laws before approving any Class A regional project in a town with an approved local land use program. Accordingly, as outlined in Section 572.13(c) of the Agency’s implementing regulations, please provide any comments regarding compliance of the proposed project with the Town’s land use program to my attention. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, /s/ Keri Surita Keri Surita Environmental Program Specialist 1 (EPS1) Enclosure: NIPA Copy: John O’Brien, Code Enforcement Officer Robyn Burgess
