We have reviewed a resubmittal of information from Nace Engineering, P.C., consisting of a
cover letter dated March 18, 2001, Drawings S-3, S4, S-7, S-8 and excerpts from the revised
Stormwater Management Report for the above referenced project.
The information contained in the resubmittal addresses all of the technical comments made in
our most recent comment letter dated March 8, 2001.
A minor item related drawing presentation was noted. Upon review of the drawings, it
appears that changes were made on one sheet that are not reflected on another sheet For
example, CB#'s 3A and 4A were added to Drawing S4 to address our previous comment, but
were not added to Drawing S-3. Likewise, the sewer revisions shown on Drawing 5-3 are not
reflected on Drawing S-4. These inconsistencies between plan sheets should be addressed
before the final plans are provided to the Town.
With respect to the comment related to the spacing of intersecting roads along Bay Road, the
Subdivision Code suggests that at least 125 feet be maintained to help prevent conflicting
traffic movements. The minimum separation proposed for Baybrook is 250 feet, thereby
meeting the intent of the code. We would still suggest that the County DPW be consulted, if
they have not yet been, to provide any feedback related to this matter.
