In response to CT Male's last review letter, I contacted Warren County and reviewed the
plans with them and in particular discussed the issue of Bay Road entrance locations relative
to Walker Lane and Baywood Drive. The County reviewed the plans and issued the attached
memo stating that the layout and plans are satisfactory.

As captioned above, Warren County DPW has preliminarily reviewed the plans for Bay
Brook Professional Park. At this time, it appears that a Highway Permit may be issued
for this project as shown on the plans prepared by Nace Engineering, dated January 31,
2001 _ It may be expected that the permit would have a condition requiring some
vegetation to be removed for the purpose of increasing the sight distance when vehicles
ate entering Bay Road from the planned development.
