Re: Subdivision 9-2000 (modification) Saybrook Professional Park
Dear Mr. Nace:
We have received your application to modify Subdivision 9-2000, which was
previously approved by the Planning Board. Based on the contents of the
submission I am writing this letter to seek further information concerning your
application.
A search of the ownership data for the properties included in this subdivision
modification indicates that the properties are owned by Guido Passarelli. A
copy of a contract to purchase the property or written consent from Mr.
Passarelli to modify the current subdivision boundaries must be submitted in
order for the Planning Board to review and act on this application.
The proposed subdivision modification indicates a stream crossing to be
constructed in order to provide access to the interior of the site. As you are
aware, a New York State DEC permit is required in order to cross a stream as
proposed. In order for the subdivision modification to be acted on by the
Planning Board, a copy of the New York State DEC permit allowing the stream
crossing must be received by our office.
You have submitted a recent letter from New York State DEC concerning the
delineation of wetlands on this property. Because the Army Corps of Engineers
(ACOE) has jurisdictional wetlands at this location, a response from the ACOE
must be provided which indicates a final sign off on the wetland boundaries as
shown on your proposed subdivision modification.

action by the Planning Board.
