In reference to the subdivision modification for the Baybrook Professional Park, we
have received a resubmittal from the applicant's consultant consisting of a response
letter dated November 26, 2002 and excerpts from the revised drawings.
I had a discussion with Tom Nace regarding the access to Lot # 10 (comment number
2. in our November 22, 2002 letter). It is our understanding that access to Lot# 10 will
be provided via a connection to Meadowbrook Road. We concur that this is the best
location to access this lot.
Provided that the noted revisions to the plans and reports are made, the resubmittal
addresses the comments made in our November 22, 2002 letter.
