RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CLOSURE
OF CERTAIN CAPITAL PROJECT FUNDS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY:
WHEREAS, in accordance with prior Resolutions, the Queensbury Town Board
authorized establishment of certain Capital Project Funds, and
WHEREAS, the Town's Accountant has advised that the Projects related to such Capital
Project Funds are complete, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to close such Capital Project Funds and transfer any
remaining Fund balances to their original funding sources,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town
Budget Officer to close the following Capital Project Funds and transfer their respective
remaining balances as follows:

BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Budget Officer
to amend the Town Budget and/or take any actions that she deems necessary to effectuate such
closures and fund transfers, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer and to take such other and further actions as may be necessary to
effectuate all terms of this Resolution.
