Dear Mike McCabe:
Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes to remove an existing non-conforming
single-family dwelling, a detached garage and sheds and construct a new dwelling with
an attached garage, a porte cochere, associated driveway, patios and a covered
walkway to the adjacent property. Relief is required for a portion of the dwelling and
proposed depression area to be located within the Town setback to wetlands.
Based on the information presented in the record, the Agency defers to the findings of
the ZBA and no further review of this variance is required.
