WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to engage C.T. Male Associates for
preparation of a New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation 2022-2023 Drinking Water
State Revolving Loan Fund Intended Use Plan Grant Funding Application to be prepared for possible
State Revolving Fund financing to support the Jenkinsville Water Supply Project as delineated in C. T.
Male's August 4, 2022 letter presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs engagement of
C.T. Male Associates for preparation of a New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation 2022-
2023 Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund Intended Use Plan Grant Funding Application to be
prepared for possible State Revolving Fund financing to support the Jenkinsville Water Supply Project
as delineated in C. T. Male's August 4, 2022 letter substantially in the form presented at this meeting
for an amount not to exceed$2,100, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that such services shall be paid for from Engineering Account No.: 001-1440-
4720-009, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute any needed documentation including a Grant Funding application and the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take all action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
