Re: Site Plan No. 32-99
Subdivision No. 10-99
Everest Enterprises - Queensbury Sleep Inn
Dear Mr. Round:
We have reviewed the documents forwarded to us for the above referenced application and have
the following comments:
1. The site plan should have a note indicating that all work will conform to the New York
State Guidelines for Urban Erosion and Sediment Control.
2. Sanitary sewer and water main tie-ins will require approval from the Town of Queensbury
Water & Waste Water Department.
3. Koad and curb cuts at Route 9 will require approval from New York State Deparment of
Transportation.
4. Curb cut at Sweet Road will require approval from the Town of Queensbury Highway
Department.
5. Per my conversation with Peter Loyola, Continental Landscape Architecture & Planning,
P.C., the three (3) area drains to the west of the new building will be eliminated from the
site plan, and roof drains will be added and connected to the Stormwater Management
Plan.

The proposed Stormwater Management Plan utilized the 25-year storm event instead of
the 50-year storm event, which the Town prefers.
Please call if you have any questions.
Very truly yours,
