Site Plan No. 27-99 — Decker & Company Inc - Getty Petroleum Inc.
Preliminary approval granted to go to next meeting, however, Committee reserves formal approval
until we can meet with Decker & Co., Inc. to clarify some details on site plan.
Motion made by Mary E. Reese, seconded by Paul Lorenz
Site Plan No. 29-88 — Calvary Assembly of God
Reverend David Frank presented site plan for proposed church.
Preliminary approval granted to go to next meeting; however, Committee reserves formal approval
until this fall when we ask Board to have church resubmit formal planting plan to Committee for
review at that time.
Motion made by Mary Lee Gosline, seconded by Paul Lorenz.
Site Plan No. 32-99 — Everest Enterprise. LLC
Peter Loyola presented site plan for Queensbury Sleep Inn
All trees to changed to required size of 3-3 1/2 " caliper.
Dumpster to be fenced in and appropriately screened. Approved as submitted with no alteration of
proposed plantings.
