Applicant proposes to modify Subdivision 5-1993 a two lot subdivision for a 50 ft setback versus the 75 ft
setback notation that shows on the plat. The applicant has indicated the town code in has been revised where a
50 ft shoreline setback would be required versus a 75 ft setback. The Lot 1 site has previously been approved
and is under construction for a single family home. Lot 2 is parcel would be propose to be redeveloped with a
single family home and associated septic, stormwater controls, shoreline plantings and only have access to
Assembly Point as part of a previous more recent approval.
