Applicant proposes a 1,650 linear feet driveway at 18 ft in width to be constructed on a 15.2 ac parcel. The
project includes disturbance and work within 100 ft of designated wetland and work in the wetland for the
driveway crossing. The wetland area are regulated by NYSDEC (permit issued 7/29/2022) and Army
Corp (issued not regulated activity letter). Vegetation removal is also proposed as part of the project.
Project subject to Site Plan for development of a driveway and Freshwater wetland permit as the proposed
driveway work is within 100 ft of the designated wetland.
