Exxon Mobil Oil Corporation has not performed any work on the permit issued for the above referenced
site on November 1,2001. We would like to ask for a one-year extension of the existing permit,as
construction is likely to start in spring 2003. Enclosed is a check for the sum of$25.00(twenty-five
dollars)to cover the renewal fee and a copy of the existing permit for your reference. If you should need
