MAINTENANCE PLAN
Owner has agreed to inspect the stormwater controls on an annual basis for
proper operation. This includes the operation of the relocated pipe from the
driveway to the Rain Garden area as well as the proer functioning of the Rain
Garden itself. Also, the proper operation of the existing Infiltration Area #1 near
the Pickleball court. Any replacement of piping, stone or other remedial measures
will be taken to insure function of these devices as origianlly designed. The owner
further agrees that the Town of Queensbury shall have the right to take these
restorative measures as necessary, at the owners expense, should the owner fail
to do so.
