Re: Response LaBella Notes 10/19/22
Craig,
Below are my responses to the question and comments made by LaBella on the
Pavilion project. Please let me know if you need anything further.
Item 2.
The project disturbance is less than 5,000Sqft and there is a total of 56Sqft of
new impervious surfaces.
A.Total area of disturbance for this plan modification is approximately
3800Sqft. Including the pavilion, associated stormwater expansion and
addition of Town of Queensbury turnaround. I noted this on the stormwater
plan, attached.
B.The pickle ball court is existing and not part of this application.
Item 3.
This application contains only 56Sqft of additional non-permeable area for the
Town Turnaround. The rain garden, as shown is vastly oversized to
accommodate this. The stormwater plan also shows the swale which drains
stormwater from the property to the existing drainage area at the rear of the
property.
Item 4 and 5.
Neighboring well and septic locations are noted on the stormwater plan,
attached.
Item 6.
A silt fence was noted on the original plan and inspected by Bruce Frank for
compliance.
Item 7.
A maintenance detail has been added to the stormwater plan, attached.
Sincerely yours,
Brian Hogan
