Amendment of sections 720.1 and 744.1 of Title 9 NYCRR
August 10 , 1999
1. Subdivision (f) of section 720.1 of Title 9 of the,;Official Compilation of Codes,Rules and
Regulations of the State of New York is amended to read as follows:
(f) such enclosure shaft have railings and post within the enclosure,which shall be capable of resisting
a minimum-lateral load of 150 pounds applied midway between posts and at top of posts,respectively.

of the State of New York is,amended to read as follows:
