The construction of a bathroom and holding tank are proposed in the maintenance building on the south lot of Harris Bay Yacht Club. The maintenance building accommodates Michael's Marine Service, a boat and marine engine service center. The purpose of the bathroom and holding tank is to provide a bathroom for use by employees of Mikes Marine Service. A holding tank is the only feasible alternative for wastewater disposal due to the proximity to surface waters and wetlands and soil conditions with very shallow depth to groundwater.
