REQUIRED BY NEW YORK STATE LIQUOR AUTHORITY IN
CONNECTION WITH NOVEMBER LLAMA LLC -
DUNHAM'S BAY RESORT LLC

WHEREAS, Dunham's Bay Resort, LLC/Swordfish Realty, LLC owns and operates the
Dunham's Bay Resort including the restaurant located on the property at 2999 State Route 9L,
Queensbury, New York(Resort), and
WHEREAS, November Llama LLC plans to lease the restaurant and banquet space and
operate food service at the Resort and is awaiting a transfer of liquor license from the Resort's
current owner, and
WHEREAS, November Llama LLC has accordingly applied for a renewal of liquor license
and have requested that the Town of Queensbury waive the 30-day notification required by the New
York State Liquor Authority(NYS) in an effort to expedite such renewal, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize the Town Clerk to notify November
Llama and/or the Resort's owners and/or NYS that the Town Board has waived the 30 day
notification period before the liquor license is issued and/or renewed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town
Clerk to notify the applicant, November Llama, LLC and Dunham's Bay Resort, LLC/Swordfish
Realty, LLC to then notify the New York State Liquor Authority that the Town waives the 30 day
notification period before the liquor license is issued/renewed to November Llama, LLC at the
Dunham's Bay Resort located at 2999 State Route 9L, Queensbury, New York and that the Town
Board has no objection to such license, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor,
and/or Town Clerk to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.

` I'm writing in regard to the liquor license application for NOVEMBER LLAMA LLC. The 30-day notice for this
application was delivered Lo your office on1O/2O/22.
/n light of the fact that the premises is currently licensed, we are requesting that the Town waive the ]0'day
waiting period so that we may submit the application to the State Liquor Authority. | have attached a draft of
a waiver that is to SLA specifications for your convenience. All you would need to do is put the text on Town
letterhead, add your(Town Clerk) name at the bottom, and sign and date it. Please email a copy of the
signed waiver letter torneif you are able to grant this request.

application to the NYS Liquor Authority, with regard to their license for use in their business,
located at 2999 STATE .RTE 9L, LAKE GEORGE T/O QUEENSBURY, NY 12845 in the
Town of Queensbury. The Town has no objection to this notification and application.
Further, please be advised that the Town of Queensbury hereby waives the 30-day
advance notice requirements as may be set forth by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law.
