Mr. Cantanucci would like to decrease the size of the storage building and shift the location slightly. Attached is a photocopy of a portion of the approved site plan with the proposed modification hi-lighted. The following table provides a comparison in areas of impervious surfaces(building,pavement). APPROVED PLAN PROPOSED MODIFICATION Building Area 1728 sf 900 sf Paved Area 2820 sf 3650 sf (Asphalt or Paver Blocks) Total Impervious Area 4548 sf 4550 sf As you can see we have made an effort to design this modification so that there is no significant change in impervious area. Also note that the realignment of building and paved areas generally occupies very much of the originally approved area.
