WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury
Cemetery Commission in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, the term of Cemetery Commission member Brian Williams expired as of June
30th, 2022 and the Town Board wishes to authorize and ratify the reappointment of Mr. Williams to the
Commission for a new three(3)year term commencing as of July 1', 2022,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and ratifies the
reappointment of Brian William as a member of the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission to
serve a new three(3)year term commencing as of July 1', 2022 through June 30th 2025.
Duly adopted this 12t'day of September, 2022,by the following vote:
