WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants: 09012022 and 09132022 with run dates of 09/01/2022 and 09/08/2022 and
payment dates of 09/01/2022 and 09/13/2022,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants: 09012022 and 09132022 with run dates of 09/01/2022 and 09/08/2022 and
payment dates of 09/01/2022 and 09/13/2022 totaling $421,879.19 and $575,974.37, respectively,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further actions as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
