Pursuant to Section 179-14-040 of the Ordinance of the Town of Queensbury entitled: Appeals and
Variances, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Queensbury will
conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 7:00 p.m. until approximately 11:00 p.m. at
the Queensbury Center, 742 Bay Road (reasonably accessible to persons with mobility impairment) to
consider the following variance and/or appeal application:

1,348 sq. ft. The existing home of 5,035 sq. ft. is to remain with no changes. The project will be located on the north
property line where no vegetation is to be removed. Site plan for ground mounted solar project for residential use.
Relief is requested for setbacks.
