As discussed, the laundry, kitchenettes and showers in the commercial spaces would be acceptable. I will still be looking for a statement, from the owner, that the 4 new spaces ( the areas other than the pre-existing two apartments upstairs ) will not be used for any residential purposes until all necessary approvals from the Town are granted.
