Yes, essentially.
As discussed, the laundry, kitchenettes and showers in the commercial spaces would be acceptable.
I will still be looking for a statement, from the owner, that the 4 new spaces ( the areas other than the pre-existing two
apartments upstairs ) will not be used for any residential purposes until all necessary approvals from the Town are
granted.

If I understand our site visit correctly, you agree that we can have laundry, kitchenettes, and a shower in these
commercial spaces with the understanding that the property has to be commercial in the units that were discussed until
further action is taken by the Town either by a rezoning or variance. Would you be kind enough to provide me
confirmation on that so I can then withdraw my appeal?
