TOWN PLANNING BOARD

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Timothy McNulty
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS,two (2)vacancies for alternate positions exist on the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to appoint Ellen McDevitt and Fritz Stefanzick to
serve as alternate members of the Planning Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Ellen McDevitt and Fritz
Stefanzick to serve as alternate members of the Queensbury Planning Board until such terms expire
on December 31", 2028.
Duly adopted this 7 h day of November, 2022, by the following vote:
