WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants: 10272022 and 11082022 with run dates of. 10/27/2022 and 11/03/2022 and
payment dates of. 10/27/2022 and 11/08/2022 respectively,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants: 10272022 and 11082022 with run dates of. 10/27/2022 and 11/03/2022 and
payment dates of. 10/27/2022 and 11/08/2022 totaling $360,091 and $417,746.26, respectively,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
