We are in receipt of the above -referenced application and have reviewed the same. By
copy of this letter we would like to respond with the following comments:
The property in question is within the Town of Queensbury zoning classification of
Waterfront Residential, (WR). A boathouse is listed as an allowable accessory use within
the WR district subject to Site Plan Review. The applicant has filed a Site Plan Review
application with the Town and we are working to conduct this review in August. To date,
we have not finalized our August agenda. We will provide you with our final agenda
upon completion.
We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. Should you have any
