I am in receipt of the letter dated 9/13/00 from Mr. Ben Pierson, of this Dept., approving septic
system plans for your facility. In discussing your project with Mr. Dave Hatin, Town of
Queensbury, I was told you were in the process of obtaining bids for the project.
Representatives of this office are in the process of conducting sanitary surveys at all permit
establishments in our district, which are served by private water. I am requesting that when
construction of the new septic system is complete that you contact this office. The survey will
then be scheduled.
