Specifically, there was one accident between Caroline and Richardson on 815/96 and one accident between Caroline and Allen on 9/15/95. Following are the collision diagrams for the two adjacent signalized intersections. I have not calculated rates yet. Again based on DMV accident reports, there were 12 accidents at Richardson and 9 accidents at Western/Thomas between 1/95 and 10/97. Also attached are my worksheets shawing the 1998 Balanced PM Peak Hour traffic volumes. We calculated an AADT of 16,500 for Main Street between Richardson and Caroline Streets.
