As requested, CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY visited the referenced project site to test soil compaction of the
Vacuum Canopy footings. The tests could not be taken due to high water in the excavated footing area.
The site contractor was informed that the water needed to be removed before compaction tests could be completed.
The entire area appeared stable with NO apparent weaving or pumping of the subgrade. Deflection of the subgrade
was limited to less than 0.5" under the weight of the roller.
