FIELD OBSERVATION REPORT

REPORT DISTRIBUTION
As requested, CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY visited the referenced project site.
Purpose of the visit was to survey the structure masonry walls to determine the presence and continuity of the masonry
reinforcement. Surveying technique involved the use of a Pachometer employing magnetic flux interference to determine the
location of the steel reinforcement.
Upon completion, it is noted that masonry reinforcement, has been installed in the following areas:
1) Equipment room #3: North wall.
