The Fort Miller Company is a distributor for Infiltrator Systems Incorporated which manufactures Infiltrators for septic system use, one of which will support H-20 highway loading if installed correctly (with 18" of cover). I propose that the present two 45 laterals under the roadway be replaced with Infiltrator units capable of H-20 loading in the manner specified by Infiltrator Systems Inc. installation instructions_ The "D" box should be replaced as well as any defective piping from septic tank to leachfield. Metered water useage at Warren Electric indicate that the year-round human consumption of water averages approx. 150 gallons per business day and that any excess water usage over this figure is due to summertime lawn sprinkling. The nature of the Farmington/Oakville soils in this area provide adequate drainage of any sail beneath impervious roadway & parking arteas.
